Meet Angela
Angela Coyle, P.E., is a trusted and respected engineering and construction project management consultant, sought out for her expertise in Cold Regions Engineering. With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Notre Dame and licensure as a Professional Engineer in Alaska, Angela excels in delivering innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Angela collaborates with clients both domestically and internationally, with a particular focus on projects in Colorado and Wyoming as well as the San Luis Valley of Colorado. Her extensive experience in the Arctic and Antarctica further underscores her ability to adapt to diverse environments and requirements.
As a consultant, project manager, engineer, and coach, Angela draws upon her interactions with clients from multiple countries across four continents to infuse her work with a rich tapestry of both local and global insights.
Angela lives in Crestone, Colorado, where she enjoys the company of her three dogs: Soul, Sheila, and Boopers.

Erin Keeley B.S. Chemical Engineering M.S. Civil and Environmental Engineering is the Founder of The Interpersonal Institute and Co-Founder with Angela of Crimson Crane Consulting and Coaching, which specializes in Culture and Systems Consulting.
When I met Erin, our combined experiences helped us create a business consulting and coaching practice that successfully helped women business owners reduce stress, increase profits and retention, and successfully scale and sell.
With several years of experience working in leadership training, business development, coaching, curriculum development, and investor relations, Erin partners with us on related projects especially in the culture, renewable energy, education, and green infrastructure spaces.
